How long does shipping take?
Shipping usually takes 1–3 business days depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation. If you place your order before 2 PM, we aim to ship it the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM will be shipped the next business day.
I'm having issues placing an order

I'd like to return or replace my order
If you’d like to return or replace a product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We’ll arrange a free pickup and can either send you a replacement set or issue a rental credit for your next booking.
All returned items are carefully cleaned and inspected before being rented again.
I'd like to cancel my order
You can cancel your order before it ships for a full refund. If your order has already been shipped, cancellation may not be possible, but we can help schedule an early return or offer store credit. Please contact customer service as soon as possible to assist you.

What happens if something gets damaged?
We understand that kids play with excitement — a little wear and tear is totally fine! For significant damage or missing parts, we’ll review the case and may charge a small repair or replacement fee. Don’t worry — we always contact you first and keep things fair and transparent.
